This is an 8-week program that blends live sessions, pre-recorded content, small group meetings, and supervised role-play scenarios.

4 Live Sessions: 90-minute sessions on Zoom twice a month for interactive discussions, Q&A, and practical applications.
Pre-Recorded Content: 10 hours of detailed modules covering foundational knowledge and advanced techniques.
Small Group Meetings: 90 minutes once or twice a month for role-plays, case studies, peer feedback, and collaborative projects.

Introduction to TCP: Use cases of this 5-step bio-psycho-social-spiritual model for healing and integration.
Step 1 - Self-awareness and mindful practices
Step 2 - Emotional regulation and resilience
Step 3 - Cognitive reframing and perspective shifts
Step 4 - Behavioral adjustments and lifestyle changes
Step 5 - Spiritual integration and holistic growth
Session by Session Client Assessments & Activities and case studies
Review and final certification assessment

4 Live Calls: Bi-Weekly workshops on each step of TCP and client session planning. Meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays in August & September (August 6 & 20, September 3 & 17)
Role-Play: Practice each step in pairs or small groups.
Assignments: Weekly essays or reflections on each step.
Final Assessment: Comprehensive evaluation of TCP knowledge and application.
