LAB SCOPE & SAFETY STATEMENT
A note on who this space is designed for — and who it isn't
The RE:Code Lab is a consciousness experimentation space. It is built for people who are fundamentally stable and curious — people who are ready to observe their patterns, design experiments in living differently, and bring their data back to the community.
It is not a crisis intervention service. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or trauma treatment. And it is not designed to hold ongoing acute distress.
If you are currently in crisis, experiencing active trauma responses, managing a diagnosis that requires clinical support, or in a place where you need consistent, professional therapeutic care — please seek that support first. The work we do here will be waiting for you when you are ready.
If you are in a tender place and need a compassionate community where you can explore your patterns at your own pace, the Real Self Love Movement is that space. It is warmer, wider, and designed for exactly that kind of gentle beginning. You can join for free or by donation here.
The RE:Code Lab assumes you have a stable foundation. It assumes you can hold the activation that comes with consciousness work without requiring the group to become your primary support system. It assumes you are ready to experiment, not just to process.
This distinction is not a judgment. It is a design choice — made in service of everyone in the room.
