What we do in the Re:Code Lab Sessions

In these 90-minute monthly sessions, Dr. DaeEss 1Dréa invites you to test science and spirituality through direct experience. You’ll explore how focused intention, authenticity, and emotional coherence shape the probabilities of your identity and future reality.

Each Re:Code Lab begins with a short discussion on a consciousness theme, followed by a guided Attunement Activation and reflective space to design your own 30-day experiment. Participants choose their own hypothesis to test — observing how small shifts in awareness transform everyday outcomes.
 

These monthly labs are a space to:

  • Reveal and release old patterns of fear, self-sabotage, and overthinking.
  • Reframe your narratives into stories of strength and purpose.
  • Reclaim your agency, your energy, and your joy.
  • Recode your beliefs and habits to align with your highest potential.
  • Rewire your brain and nervous system through daily micro-proofs of love, coherence, and flow.

By engaging in these experiments, we can:

  • Challenge our comfort zones: By trying new things, we can expand our horizons and break free from limiting beliefs.
  • Foster creativity: Experimentation encourages us to think outside the box, leading to new insights and fresh perspectives.
  • Develop resilience: When we approach life as an experiment, we learn to embrace failure as a step toward success, building our resilience along the way.
What to bring: an open mind, curiosity, and something to journal your insights. No prior experience required.
